OUR FOCUS
Most of our clients purchase
property as investments, therefore our task is
to identify areas of high capital growth and ensure
high rental occupancy and return.
The type of property depends upon the market
place we are focusing on. Our city investments
will invariably be apartments, since these are
in greatest demand and therefore have the strongest
rental and reselling prospects. On the coast or
in the mountains, however, where the demand is
more inclined towards independent properties,
we often offer villas within complexes or small
apartment clusters.
